We achieve this in collaboration with international partners who supply our city hubs after which we handle the last-mile delivery with our electric fleet. This role may require availability on evenings or mornings and every Saturday.

What youll do

Our hubs keep the engine up and running: from supporting our riders to handling the bikes and ensuring no package is lost in the shuffle. You will:

• Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters.

• Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift.

• Support the team with onboarding problem-solving and answering their questions.

• Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities.

• Track hours shifts and KPIs for our biggest hub!

• Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.

What youll need

• Availability on evenings/mornings (4 weekdays every Saturday).

• B2-levelEnglish (Dutch is nice but not necessary!)

• An eye for quality safety and following all security-related rules.

• To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot.

• Discipline good organisational skills and the ability to focus for long periods of time.

• Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!)

• Any relevant certificate (EPT forklift etc.) would be nice.
