Job Summary
Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Act as the professional face of the company warmly welcoming visitors clients and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Facilities & Logistics Management: Oversee daily office operations including managing supply inventory organizing workspaces and handling all incoming and outgoing mail or courier packages.
- Financial Administration: Efficiently process vendor invoices coordinate expense tracking and provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- Event & Activity Coordination: Assist in organizing internal office activities cultural initiatives and monthly corporate events to foster team engagement.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a pristine organized and welcoming front desk and reception area that reflects the companys corporate standards.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in office administration workplace support or hospitality environments
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills ensuring clear friendly and professional interaction with all stakeholders
- Welcoming professional and customer-focused attitude
- Good English Dutch and any other European language skills
