About the role

As our Finance Intern you will join our Eindhoven-based finance team and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of finance. This is a broad dynamic role where you will support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes while also contributing to reporting and ongoing improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with the finance team on day-to-day operations while also helping usidentifyopportunities to improve processes automate workflows and enhance data-driven decision making. You will actively contribute to our ambition to automate finance processes and scale our operations without increasing manual workload.

Responsibilities

Core Finance

• Process purchase invoices and support approval workflows
• Support employee expense processing
• Assistin preparing supplier payments
• Help create and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Support reconciliation of bank transactions and financial records

Reporting & Analysis

• Support monthly reporting and basic financial analysis
• Assistwith data preparation for management reporting
• Helpmonitorkey financial and operationalKPIs

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identifyinefficiencies in finance processes and suggest improvements
• Support automation initiatives ( workflows AI applications)
• Assistin improving documentation andstandardisationof processes

General Support

• Support the team during month-end closing activities
• Assiston ad-hoc finance projects ( audit preparation)

• Currently studying FinanceorAccounting
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Strong communicationskills in English
• Comfortable working with Excel; interest in systems/automation is a plus
• Reliableaccurate and able to handle confidential information
