As we are building out our Data Strategy and Operations organization in the Innovative Medicine SupplyChainwe arerecruiting for thisrole as part of our Data Operations& Orchestrationteamlocatedin in eitherCork IE or Leiden NL.

TheIMSCDataOperations& Orchestrationteam delivers trusted data to enable the launch& supplyof products to our customers. Our key accountabilities include governance and maintenance of theMasterData Operations Framework; delivering a regulated and compliant data environment; using intelligent automation workflow processimprovements andthird-party suppliers to improve quality timeliness cost and effort across Supply Chain; applying deep end-to-end knowledge and subject matter expertise to define shape and implement supply chain strategies; and cultivating talent as a distinctive capability.

This position willmonitorand execute day-to-daymaster data small/mid-sizeprojects. Will develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate tofairlydifficultscope and complexity while referring toestablishedpolicies and procedures.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely efficient and accurate coordination creation and maintenance of various master data elements (e.g. Material Master BOM/Recipes Production Versionsetc.) in SAP/ECCdirectly and/or through automated workflow system(s)and the execution of impact analyses or feasibility studies of change requests so that material planning production release finance or other processes can proceed optimally.

Monitor and executethe dataoperations and data qualityprocess. May include coordination of testing error handling data conversion and/or validation and audit/compliance actions (Non-Conformance (NC) and/or Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)). Provide tactical direction to third-party team(s).

Engage with partners on tactical matters. Provideappropriate guidanceon data operations. May include completion of sophisticated change assessments and/or project prioritization requirements point of escalation for both internal and external teammembers strategiclaunchesand audit/compliance activities.

Facilitate continuous improvement of existing data designprocessand templates by tactically focusing on business outcomes.

  • Implement and monitor tools and processes that improve execution.
  • Prepare metrics dashboards and tracking tofacilitatethe efficient operations of the department. May execute budget and/or value capture
  • protocol withinestablishedframework.
  • Participate in and sometimes lead operational and governance meetings which may include end-to-end value capture and third-party reviews.
  • Collaborate to create andmaintaindocumentation for area of responsibility. May include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work Instructions (WIs) protocols data quality catalogs and other policy and procedure documents. Develop and deliver training to educate partners on detailed procedures data flows etc.
  • Support the deployment of the Data Management Framework.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.4years of relevant professional business experience isrequiredor 2 years with advanced degree.

Required KnowledgeSkillsand Abilities:

  • Strong experience and thorough knowledge preferably within the health care or FMCG industry.
  • Data processing systems ( OMP preferred)
  • Supply Chain certifications ( yellow belt) preferred
  • Procedures& Toolsfor processing and managing Master Data
  • GxPrequirements
  • Business and technical knowledge and understanding of all Supply Chain data elements process and organizational support models. ( Data Quality).
  • A relevant mix of global regional cross-sector/industry experience.
  • MS Office Suite (Excel Outlook Word).
  • Strong written oral and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships influence multiple partners andestablishcommon goals andobjectiveswithout sacrificing outcomes.
  • Ability to contributeona diversemulticulturaland remote team.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within timelines in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly.
  • English fluentlyrequired local language skills strongly preferred
  • This position may require up to 5% of domestic and international (US) travel.

Ireland The anticipated base pay range for this position is 52400.00 - 82915.00
