Director Technology & Transformation SAP

• Own client relationships: set engagement strategy align stakeholders and secure sustained client satisfaction and value delivery.
• Drive commercial growth: lead pursuits develop winning proposals manage revenue targets and expand the SAP portfolio.
• Ensure delivery excellence: govern programmes manage risk quality budgets and timelines across complex SAP implementations.
• Define solution strategy: advise on architecture product selection (S/4HANA cloud) integrations and reusable IP; create pragmatic adoption roadmaps.
• Develop talent: coach and mentor senior consultants build bench strength and shape career development plans.
• Champion market presence: represent Deloitte externally publish thought leadership and manage partner alliances.

Qualifications :

• 7 years consulting experience in SAP or enterprise systems; proven progression in senior responsibilities.
• Demonstrable track record building trusted relationships with Csuite and IT stakeholders and expanding professional networks.
• Deep handson understanding of SAP landscapes (S/4HANA integrations cloud) and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong commercial acumen: experience in pursuits commercial negotiations and meeting revenue/delivery targets.
• Proven success delivering complex SAP programmes on time and on budget; experience with programme governance and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Dutch preferred if relevant). Relevant certifications (e.g. SAP TOGAF) are an advantage.
