Corporate Development M&A Director

The Headhunter Group is looking for a Corporate Development M&A Director to join a fast-growing Private Equity -Backed Digital Infrastructure company. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the growth agenda of a Pan-European Infrastructure platform working closely with the CEOCFO and Board on a multi-year buy-and-build strategy.

As Corporate Development M&A Director you wil own the full deal lifecycle. From target identification through due diligence valuation negotiation and closing; helping to build a scalable M&A engine that supports the companys consolidation strategy across the digital infrastructure sector.

As Corporate Development M&A Director you are responsible for:

• Identifying screening and prioritizing acquisition targets and maintaining a live deal pipeline.
• Leading transaction execution including valuation due diligence coordination and negotiation
• Building financial models and investment cases to support Board and Investment Committee decisions
• CEO CFO and Board
• Private Equity sponsor and external advisors (banks lawyers consultants)

The ideal candidate for this role has:

• 8-12 years of experience in M&A Corporate Development Investment Banking or Private Equity ideally in TMT or infrastructure
• Strong financial modeling valuation and negotiation skills
• A track record of leading transactions in a PE-backed buy-and-build environment
• Fluent in English Dutch and/or German is a strong plus

• A competitive compensation package including management incentive plan
• Direct exposure to the Board C-suite
