Configuration & Data Manager [26165]

• Providing Configuration and Data Management support across ESA programmes and projects.
• Maintaining project documentation baselines configuration items and records.
• Supporting change control processes reviews and Configuration Control Boards.
• Managing project information and documentation within approved tools and systems.
• Coordinating Configuration and Documentation Management activities with project stakeholders.
• Supporting audits compliance activities and documentation reviews.
• Developing and maintaining Configuration and Documentation Management plans and processes.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of CADM tools procedures and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Masters Degree or equivalent in Engineering Information Management Project Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Configuration Management Data Management Documentation Management or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with configuration control document management and information management processes.
• Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team in an international multicultural environment.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong customer-focused communication skills.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
