Job Title: CVS Lead (Commissioning Validation & Start-up).

Location: Veghel Netherlands

Contract type: Permanent. Full time. Onsite.

Scope: Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation projects.

Commissioning Validation & Start-up Lead plays a key role in delivering successful integration of asset recipe & pack change initiatives to the value stream by formalizing the transition of ownership for the new assets from Engineering to Operations.

With a strong focus on driving a Vertical Start-up mindset you will lead multiple change projects specifically focusing on critical Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) initiatives. You will design and deploy effective plans to achieve project KPIs manage operational resources during critical validation phases and foster strong collaboration between the project engineering team and shopfloor operations.


What are we looking for
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering Economics.

  • 3-5 years of experience in TPM or in manufacturing operations maintenance continuous improvement engineering or project lead roles.

  • Proven experience leading projects or significant workstreams within a large project & working with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to design develop and deliver effective training program.

  • A good understanding of food manufacturing hygiene and safety standards.

  • Proficiency in operational planning tools budget tracking and digital shopfloor execution tools.

  • Solid understanding of operational KPI planning data tracking and advanced analytical problem-solving methodologies.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical approaches.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.


What will be your key responsibilities
  • CVS lead is a key member of the project team involvedin projects andchangeinitiatives from early engineering phases through to final operational handover.

  • Coordinate closely within the Project Operations Pillar establishing a strong partnership with the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborates closely with the Value Stream Manager and support the Project Manager by providing operational input in project team meetings and reviews to facilitate timely data-driven decision-making.

  • Partner with the site CVS Manager to build operational competencies manage escalations regarding value stream interdependencies and continuously improve the efficiency of CVS tools.

  • Plan and manage operational resources schedules and activities during the commissioning validation and start-up phases in close alignment with the project team.

  • Apply standard change management and engineering work processes to guarantee compliance and safety.

  • May have to flex their hours/days to align with commissioning & start-up activities as aligned within project team. This may include weekend and non-day-based work based on needs of the business.

  • Some domestic and internationals travel may be required (FATs learning from other projects etc.)

  • Member of the Region CVS Community of Expertise to ensure driving CI of the tools and skills of the role across our Region and incorporating new tools and ways of working into their value stream
