Business Operations Manager Belgium

As Business Operations Manager Belgium you will be the operational backbone of our repair network in Belgium. You are the go-to person for managing all transactional damages across Belgium making sure repairs are followed up issues are resolved quickly and all parties remain satisfied.
This role combines hands-on operational execution with relationship management. Alongside your day-to-day operational work youll head into the field roughly once or twice a month to visit repair shops and strengthen the partnerships that keep our network running.

What will you be doing
You will be the central point of contact for all transactional damage management in Belgium. Your day-to-day will include a mix of operational tasks stakeholder communication and periodic field visits:

Operational & administrative tasks (80%)

• Handle inbound calls and manage customer enquiries

• Resolve payment issues and monitor repair delays including backorder delays

• Monitor the Damage Repair quote status and the repair shops repair tracker updates

• Manage quality issues and follow up on escalations

• Onboard new repair shops and chains and create their accounts in our database

• Manage Intercom communication and support the broader Operations team

• Educate users to use our different dashboards properly

  Relationship & field work (20%)

• Visit repair shops across Belgium roughly 1-2 times a month to build and strengthen relationships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with repair shops both from the back-end and in person

• Identify gaps or issues in the Belgian network and flag them for follow-up

• Represent Fixico as the trusted point of contact for repair shop partners in Belgium

• Quickly adapt and switch between operational and relationship-focused tasks as new initiatives are launched

Who are we looking for:

• You have 2-5 years of experience as a Fleet Manager Account Manager Customer Success or in a similar operational or relationship-focused role; you act decisively and find solutions under pressure

• You are fluent in French Dutch and English given the Belgian scope

• You are administratively strong and have a sharp eye for detail

• You are a natural relationship-builder who is just as comfortable on the phone as in front of a repair shop owner

• You are comfortable making calls and being the voice of Fixico

• You are proactive structured and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

• You are willing and able to travel within Belgium roughly 1-2 times a month
