This is what you will do as an Associate Quality Engineer Maintenance

We are looking for an Associate Quality Engineer Maintenance to join our Global Engineering & Technology Maintenance team in this role you support quality processes within maintenance in a GMP-regulated environment. You will gain hands-on experience in investigations documentation and compliance while working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Support compliance with GMP company policies and quality standards
• Assist in quality investigations deviations and CAPA activities
• Support root cause analyses using tools such as 5 Why and Ishikawa
• Review maintenance documentation after execution including preventive and corrective maintenance
• Assess and process SAP notifications under supervision
• Act as a first point of contact for basic QA-related maintenance questions
• Support document management including SOPs work instructions and training curricula
• Contribute to audit and inspection readiness
• Collaborate with Operations QC and QA to solve issues
• Identify risks and escalate in a timely manner

Your profile:

• MBO-4 diploma in Engineering Life Sciences or a related field
• 03 years of experience in a pharmaceutical biopharmaceutical or other regulated environment
• Strong interest in quality and maintenance processes
• Basic knowledge of GMP and quality systems is a plus
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Professional-level English language skills (written and spoken) are required.
• Structured proactive and eager to learn
• Familiarity with SAP MS Office or quality systems is an advantage
