Everyones talking about AI in marketing. Far fewer people are actually building with it. Thats exactly what youll do at FieldBuddy: turn AI tools and automation ideas into marketing machinery that runs every single day.

Were looking for an ambitious bachelors or masters student for a hands-on internship at a SaaS company in Amsterdam. Youll spend 4 to 6 months building AI agents automation flows and smarter campaigns for our marketing team. Not as an experiment on the side but as work the team relies on.

Your first weeks are about getting to know our product our customers and how field service companies buy software. After that youll build. Youll work side by side with our marketing managers designers and developers and youll get real ownership from day one.

• Build marketing automation flows: email sequences lead nurturing and lead scoring in and around our Salesforce CRM.

• Put AI tools like Claude to work for the team: automate content production campaign copy translations and repetitive marketing tasks.

• Design AI agents and workflows that save the team hours every week and document them so they keep running long after your internship ends.

• Test measure and improve. Youll see exactly which of your automations bring in leads and which dont and youll adjust based on the numbers.

• Pitch your own ideas. If you spot a process that can be automated its yours.

• A bachelors or masters student in marketing communication business data or a technical field.

• Youve already played around with AI tools and want to go beyond prompting: you want to build things that run on their own.

• You like both the creative side (copy campaigns) and the technical side (tools data logic).

• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier or Make or with a CRM like Salesforce is a plus. Curiosity is a must.

• Hands-on precise and comfortable figuring things out on your own.

• Fluent in English written and spoken. Dutch is a plus not a requirement.

• Available for 4 to 6 months as a regular internship or a thesis project.

• An internship allowance of 750 per month plus a laptop and everything else you need to do your work well.

• Real responsibility and a portfolio to show for it: automations a real company keeps using after youve left.
