We are looking for an innovative and passionate AI / GenAI Developer to join our team in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the future of conversational digital experiences powered by Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.

As our organization moves towards conversational websites and AI-driven customer interactions we are seeking someone who can not only deliver high-quality software solutions but also bring fresh ideas creativity and innovation to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI-powered conversational applications and chatbot solutions
Build scalable backend services using Java Kotlin and Spring Boot
Work with GenAI technologies including ChatGPT RAG MCP Spring AI and Agentic AI frameworks
Collaborate with business and technical teams to create innovative AI-driven customer experiences
Contribute ideas and inspire innovation across the team
Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure Cloud
Participate in architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:
46 years of software development experience
Strong experience with Java and Kotlin
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring AI
Exposure to ChatGPT GenAI Agentic AI RAG and chatbot development
Experience with Azure Cloud technologies
Strong communication skills in English
Innovative mindset with a strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies
Social media development experience is advantageous
