Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Expert (Python) to join a leading enterprise banking environment in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving AI-powered digital transformation by designing developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

This role requires strong expertise in Python development Machine Learning Azure DevOps CI/CD and MLOps with the ability to deliver scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise DevOps pipelines while complying with banking security and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML & Generative AI Development

• Design develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Build enterprise AI solutions including:
  • Intelligent process automation
  • Incident prediction
  • Root cause analysis
  • AI-powered knowledge assistants
  • Chatbots and Generative AI applications
• Train validate evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy scalability and performance.
• Develop AI solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Python Development

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Python applications.
• Build scalable APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities.
• Develop reusable maintainable and well-tested Python code.
• Build data processing pipelines capable of handling large enterprise datasets.
• Debug optimize and improve application performance.

Azure DevOps & CI/CD

• Integrate AI/ML models into Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Build automated CI/CD workflows for:
  • Model build and testing
  • Deployment automation
  • Model versioning
  • Artifact management
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous training validation testing and deployment.
• Ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions into enterprise production environments.

Data Engineering & Model Lifecycle Management

• Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Design scalable data pipelines.
• Manage the complete AI model lifecycle:
  • Data preparation
  • Training
  • Validation
  • Deployment
  • Monitoring
  • Continuous improvement
• Monitor model performance and optimize reliability and scalability.

Enterprise Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  • Azure DevOps platform teams
  • DevOps Engineers

  • Infrastructure teams
• Translate banking business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
