Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control requirements (US GAAP SOX and Dutch GAAP).
- Maintain and monitor accounting processes and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and support external audits.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of financial controls.
- Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial analyses reports and management information.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Process purchase invoices and respond to supplier inquiries.
- Manage Accounts Receivable activities and monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Perform supplier account reconciliations.
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
- Coordinate and support Concur expense management processes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain bank accounts and cash books.

Qualifications
- Strong accounting knowledge and expertise.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements is preferred.
- Familiarity with Dutch tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Living in the surroundigs of Eerbeek
- Working at the office working at home possible for maximum of 2 days
Experience
- Experience working in a European subsidiary of a U.S.-based multinational organization.
- Experience operating within a matrix organization.
Education
- Degree or qualification in Accounting Finance or a related field (MBO/HBO level or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
