We zijn op zoek naar een zeer gemotiveerde Account Manager om ons Sales-team bij Sony te voorkeur gaat uit naar iemand die in de omgeving van Zuid Nederland deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van zakelijke resultaten in lijn met de accountstrategie met focus op de verkoop in de winkel en offline promotie van Sony-producten bij toegewezen decentrale klanten. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van relaties in de winkel het motiveren en trainen van winkelpersoneel en het stimuleren van de verkoop binnen een multi-channel retailomgeving. Voor deze functie is een sterk commercieel inzicht uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om de verkoop te stimuleren door winkelpersoneel te motiveren essentieel.

In deze rol zal je:

• Klanten bezoeken: Je plant en voert klantbezoeken uit op basis van belangrijke kansen waarbij je een proactieve en klantgerichte aanpak hanteert.
• Verkoop- en winstdoelen behalen: Behaal de vastgestelde verkoop- en winstdoelen met inachtneming van standaarden en waarden. Verhoog Sonys In House Share bij de toegewezen klanten.
• Accountbeheer: Beheer accounts effectief in een multichannel retailomgeving. Je onderhoudt en breid het klantenportfolio uit door sterke relaties te ontwikkelen.
• Productbeheer: Je behaalt de vastgestelde doelen voor assortiment en voorraadniveaus voor de toegewezen productcategorieën. Je stemt af met belangrijke interne stakeholders (Marketing Brand Activation Sales Management enz.) om de communicatie tussen Sony en de klant voor deze productcategorieën te bevorderen.
• Promotie- en communicatie plannen: Je zorgt ervoor dat er een compleet promotie- en communicatieplan is voor elke promotie- of lanceringsperiode.

Wat verwachten we van jou:

• Aantoonbare commerciële ervaring in de consumentenelektronica of FMCG-sector is een pluspunt.
• Ervaring in multi-channel retail en kennis van e-commerce marketing en sales.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden in staat om belangrijke kansen te identificeren op basis van ruwe data en deze om te zetten in bruikbare inzichten. Vaardigheid in MS Office met name Excel en PowerPoint ter ondersteuning van data-analyse en presentaties.
• Hoger onderwijs bij voorkeur met een commerciële achtergrond.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
• Uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
• Open houding ten opzichte van verandering bereid om voortdurende verbeteringen te omarmen en te initiëren.
• Resultaatgerichte mentaliteit gedreven om targets te behalen en bedrijfsresultaten te leveren.

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Sales team at Sony. We are looking for someone located/living around South this role you will be responsible for delivering business results in line with the account strategy focusing on the instore sales and offline promotion of Sony products at allocated de-centrally buying clients. You will be instrumental in optimizing relationships on shopfront motivate and train store staff and drive sell-out within a multi-channel retail environment. This role requires a strong commercial mindset excellent communication skills and the ability to drive sell-out by motivating store staff.

You will:

• Customer Visits: Plan and conduct customer visits based on key opportunities ensuring a proactive and customer-centric approach.
• Sales and Profit Targets: Achieve set sales and profit targets while considering standards and values. Increase Sonys In House Share among allocated customers.
• Account Management: Effectively manage accounts in a multi-channel retail environment. Maintain and extend the customer portfolio through the development of strong relationships.
• Product Management: Achieve set ranging and stock level targets for the allocated product categories. Liaise with key internal stakeholders (Marketing Brand Activation Sales Management etc.) to bridge communication between Sony and the customer for these product categories.
• Promotional and Communication Planning: Ensure a comprehensive promotional and communication plan is in place for each promotional or launch period.

You will bring:

• Proven commercial experience in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Experience in multi-channel retailing and knowledge of e-commerce marketing and sales.
• Strong analytical skills capable of identifying key opportunities based on raw data and translating them into actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint to support data analysis and presentations.
• Higher education preferably with a commercial background.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Open mindset towards change embracing and initiating continuous improvement.
• Result-oriented mindset driven to achieve targets and deliver business results.

Our office is located close to Schiphol Airport and Hoofddorp station in Park2020. Its a 5 min walk from the train station it has parking space with charging facilities underneath as well as a bike shed. Our office is one floor equipped with all modern workplace necessities. A PS5 Ping pong table and dartboard are available for your moments of connecting and fun and in our coffee corner alternatively you go for a walk in the park!
