Technicien laboratoire Validation & Support Bancs dEssais (Secteur automobile)

The Validation & Test Support Technician is responsible for supporting laboratory and validation activities by preparing configuring and maintaining test environments. The role contributes to the execution of test campaigns troubleshooting activities and ensuring the availability and reliability of testing equipment within an engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare configure and maintain laboratory and test equipment.
• Support hardware setup installation and maintenance activities.
• Execute validation and testing tasks according to defined procedures and test plans.
• Verify the operational readiness of test benches and laboratory environments.
• Diagnose troubleshoot and report hardware or test-related issues.
• Assist engineering teams in test preparation and execution activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of testing activities.
• Support continuous improvement of laboratory processes and testing methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Bac2/Bac3 in Electronics Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Embedded Systems Industrial Maintenance or a related technical field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in laboratory support testing validation or technical support activities.
• Good communication skills in French and English.
• Experience with laboratory operations and testing activities.
• Knowledge of hardware setup configuration and maintenance.
• Ability to prepare and execute validation and test procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an engineering and technical environment.
