Job Summary
Role Overview
The specification engineer is responsible for the end-to-end specification and requirements engineering of steering system components ensuring technical consistency completeness and compliance with system and OEM requirements
- Strong background in automotive project coordination / PMO
- Proven experience in requirements engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechatronic systems (ideally steering systems)
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and documentation quality
- Minimum 5 years of experience
Qualifications :
EXPERTISE
- Experience in automotive development (preferred VW)
- Experience in steering development (preferred)
- Project management
- Requirements engineering
- Hardware development wiring diagram design and layout EMV
- Mechanic development installation space investigation technical drawings system design acoustic stiffness
- Software development run time architecture trace analysis
- Verbund management from component view (preferred)
