Location : Kenitra WH Plant

• Manage new projects including validation planning for equipment/products per guidelines and customer specs
• Capture and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Develop control plans inspection standards and checklists
• Ensure proper execution of dimensional checks and operator validations
• Implement and monitor corrective & preventive actions for quality issues
• Track and improve quality KPIs (IPPM DPPM RPPM COPQ)
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality procedures
• Participate in FMEA risk assessments and engineering change implementation
• Conduct product process and periodic audits; ensure rework and control plan execution
• Lead quality operations: manage teams handle customer complaints run audits/meetings and report performance

• Technical degree.

• Competencies in Team Management
• 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Good knowledge in 8D approach.
• Good knowledge in APQP / PSW

• Good level in communication skills
• Proficiency in both English & French languages spoken and written
