Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara North Campus.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost quality and delivery requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the shipping receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse
  

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (35 years).
• Minimum 35 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Proven experience leading teams (1015 direct reports minimum).
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
• Warehouse processes: Material receiving Storage (layout) and picking
• Experience with ERP systems (BAAN or similar) Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience tracking and managing KPIs.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
