What Makes This Role Great:

In this role you will serve as the core solution architect and owner across the full project lifecycle driving technical integration and directly shaping how top-tier global shippers and carriers connect and automate their logistics workflows.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the end-to-end design configuration testing and deployment of robust SaaS integration solutions tailored for high-volume supply chain partners.

• Drive collaboration between customers infrastructure engineers and developers to convert complex specifications into seamless carrier interface setups.

• Deliver high-touch technical consulting on products APIs and EDI protocols to internal and external project stakeholders.

• Oversee scope cost risk management and quality assurance to ensure solutions launch on schedule and outperform expectations.

• Cultivate continuous departmental innovation by contributing to best practices process enhancements and internal knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Solid background managing technical projects enterprise software deployments or system integration workflows.

• Strong ability to read and analyze technical code and interfaces including Java APIs EDI XML SOAP REST or XSLT.

• Solid understanding of network protocols security standards and infrastructure environments including HTTPS FTP SFTP and Firewalls.

• Demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving detailed solution documentation and cross-functional task coordination.

• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL query logic.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with software development and delivery tools such as JIRA VPN Maven Gradle or Jenkins.

• Working knowledge of transportation management systems logistics visibility platforms or EDI X12 transaction sets ().

• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
