The Sr. Specialist Global Serialization ensures compliance with global serialization regulations across manufacturing and supply chain networks. This role serves as a domain expert for serialization solutions and collaborates with multi-functional teams including Supply Chain Quality Regulatory Affairs Engineering and Labeling.

What youll be doing

• Manage daily activities for Baxters global serialization portfolio.
• Support the assessment of new regulations and changes to existing requirements.
• Lead small multi-functional projects to support compliance.
• Resolve complex issues by engaging appropriate resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to get results.
• Support manufacturing sites in maintaining serialization standards.
• Act as business analyst to external software vendors.
• Analyze data recommend solutions and implement improvements.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Develop collect and improve key performance indicators.

What youll bring

• Bachelors degree required.
• Experience providing operational and administrative support for projects in the medical products or pharmaceutical field for 3 years.
• Experience with validation/qualification and multi-site initiatives.
• Proven familiarity with Systech and Optel serialization platforms (Levels 13) or similar systems.
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Independent problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Eye for business and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of serialization and compliance disciplines.
