We at Coforge are hiring Position (22017) with the following skill set.

We are looking for an experiencedSoftware Engineer to build and enhance modern scalable web applications across both the frontend and backend. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with expertise in React and Python who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality software in a collaborative Agile environment.

This role requires someone who is adaptable comfortable working across multiple technologies and capable of contributing throughout the software development lifecyclefrom architecture and implementation to testing deployment and production support. Experience working on modernization initiatives and evolving legacy platforms is highly valued.

• Design develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React TypeScript JavaScript (ES6) and Python.
• Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support modern web applications.
• Develop responsive accessible and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
• Design and implement scalable backend services following service-oriented or microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Design QA and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions code reviews and architecture decisions.
• Write clean maintainable and well-tested code using unit and integration testing best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance scalability and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Support modernization efforts including migration from legacy systems to modern architectures when applicable.

• 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend development experience with:
  • React
  • JavaScript (ES6)
  • TypeScript
  • Component-based architecture
  • State management solutions (Redux Context API or similar)
  • Responsive and cross-browser development
• Strong backend development experience with:
  • Python
  • RESTful API and/or GraphQL development
  • Relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Service-oriented or microservices architectures
• Experience with:
  • Unit and integration testing
  • Git-based development workflows
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Strong problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Elixir.
• Familiarity with the Phoenix Framework and Erlang/OTP.
• Experience with other backend languages such as Ruby or Go.
• Experience participating in legacy-to-modern platform migrations.
• Knowledge of event-driven or distributed system architectures.
