• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring adherence to timelines budgets scope and quality objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum practices while promoting continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Manage project risks issues dependencies and RAID logs ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level status reports financial tracking governance updates and stakeholder communications.

• 10 years of experience in Project Management Program Management or Agile Delivery roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in Agile Project Management Scrum Master practices delivery governance and stakeholder management.
• Strong experience managing project financials budgeting forecasting risk management and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments and familiarity with SAFe frameworks are highly desirable.
• Advanced English (C1-C2).
• Availability to work on-site at CDMX.
