Position: Mexican Spanish expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $10/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 1-2 weeks
Commitment: 1-3 hours/day

Role Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to test the CX agents responses and behavior.
• Follow basic prompts and scenarios provided for testing.
• Provide feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
• Work independently to ensure clear and structured feedback.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or fluent Mexican Spanish speaker.
• Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality.
• Available to start immediately.
