Senior Specialist IT & Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Lead the design validation and implementation of IT infrastructure and Building Management Systems (BMS). 
• Coordinate projects involving CCTV access control structured cabling fire alarm systems and building automation technologies. 
• Manage the integration of smart building technologies to ensure operational efficiency and system connectivity. 
• Monitor project progress technical deliverables and change management activities. 
• Collaborate with clients contractors and engineering teams to achieve project milestones and business objectives

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Electronics Information Technology Systems Engineering or a related field. 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Building Management Systems Smart Buildings or Special Systems projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV access control GPON structured cabling automation and security systems. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Strong project management stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
