Sales Executive

Develop strategies with clients to meet their specific needs with the goal of securing new business and retaining existing clients. The role involves organizing and planning sales strategies within the assigned territory creating specialized and customized solutions for clients developing strategic plans that include technological solutions and building long-term relationships.

• Identify priorities and develop an action plan to be implemented throughout the assigned territory.
• Develop an action plan for each client and account.
• Define the strategic plan in collaboration with clients.
• Achieve the targets for the assigned quota.
• Identify and address specific needs of our clients.
• Meet CRM data entry targets.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of a new value proposition in the territory.
• Be familiar with Cengages product line applications and value propositions.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• An attitude that prioritizes achieving outcomes with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Qualifications: Graduate degree (or equivalent experience).
• Languages: Intermediate English (B1) or higher.
