Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Product and Process Requirements
• Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
• First Article reports for new products and engineering changes validations.
• ESD management and control.
• Incoming Inspection
• Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance (incoming inspection).
• Supervision of Personnel In charge
• Supervise Quality Engineers inspectors technicians and other staff to provide guidance and feedback.
• Process Flow and Controls
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Work Instructions and Visual Aids
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements drawings customer Quality Manuals and requirements.
• Empowerment
• Decision making to Approve the right products or reject defectives.
• Problem Solving
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis where applicable.
• Use of quality tools to solve problems root cause or variations.
• Continues Improvement
• Develop and promote continuous improvement procedures and processes for the organization.
• Performance Monitoring
• Lead potential and current Customer Audits
• Maintain KPI record keeping and Quality Objectives goals.
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives Review process qualification and validations adequacy.

• Control report and reduce scrap rates.

• Reduce RMA incidents by analyzing root cause and corrective actions
