• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects across global sites.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and business readiness.
• Manage project scope budget risks dependencies timelines and executive reporting.
• Partner with business leaders operations quality and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive governance communication training vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT project delivery service management or digital transformation programs or organizational change management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Azure DevOps or Jira ServiceNow Microsoft 365 Suite and SharePoint and Power BI.
• Experience with MES LIMS or Veeva Platforms.
• Experience in Risk Issue Budget and Resource Management; Change Management Business Readiness and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Knowledge in Agile Scrum Waterfall and ITIL methodologies.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams and manufacturing-related technology projects.
• Strong communication stakeholder management problem-solving and leadership skills.
