Process Engineer

We are looking for a Chemical Process Engineer to work at our manufacturing site in Lerma.

What youll do:

• Plan monitor and control production processes and variables from start to finish.
• Optimize workflows reduce production times and variability and maximize product capabilities.
• Identify evaluate and mitigate process risks while implementing process improvement and optimization strategies.
• Participate in the development implementation and launch of new products and projects taking them through to successful plant-floor execution.
• Provide and maintain accurate process information documentation and improvement schedules.
• Serve as a key link between production and the technical needs of manufacturing processes working closely with plant personnel and technical teams in St. Louis.
  

What youll bring:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process engineering preferably within the food pharmaceutical chemical or related process industries.
• Hands-on experience with plant-level process control management of process variables and implementation of process improvement and optimization strategies.
• Experience taking projects from development through implementation and transitioning them successfully to an operational level on the plant floor.
• Technical knowledge of production quality quality assurance and process control in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with JD Edwards or a similar ERP system personnel management and Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate to advanced English with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams.
