What we are looking for

6 years of hands-on experience in PEGA development
Strong expertise in PEGA PRPC / PEGA Platform
Solid understanding of Case Management BPM and Decisioning concepts
Experience with PEGA UI (Harnesses Sections Skin rules)
Strong knowledge of PEGA integration patterns (REST SOAP Connectors Services)
Experience with PEGA performance tuning and troubleshooting
Good understanding of OOP concepts Java and XML
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
