Job Summary

- Country-specific payroll requirements
- Verify and submit all required payroll documentation per country.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external payroll administrators to ensure payroll deadlines are met.
- Distribute payroll reports for review and approval before payment processing.
- Ensure payslips are distributed accurately and on time.
- Liaise with external benefit providers brokers and administrators while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate benefits enrolment for new employees and assist with offboarding processes.
- Maintain benefits records and required documentation.
- Generate reports to support legal compliance and budget requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements to benefits administration processes.
- Maintain accurate employee information within payroll and HR systems.
- Ensure employee data is handled confidentially and in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations.
- File and archive payroll documentation appropriately.
- Support payroll audits and data validation activities.
- Maintain remuneration contract and personnel records where required.
- Ensure onboarding documentation is issued to all new hires across the Americas.
- Track and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Ensure all onboarding documents are completed signed returned and uploaded accurately and timeously.
- Collect review and process approved leave transactions within the relevant systems.
- Maintain accurate leave balances and support monthly reconciliations.
- Investigate discrepancies and escalate issues as required.

- Escalate complex payroll matters to the HR Officer and Payroll Manager.
- Provide confidential and customer-focused support to employees.
- Conduct monthly bank detail audits.
- Ensure compliance with payroll controls policies procedures and legislative requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare payroll reports reconciliations and schedules.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and payroll updates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll inputs and improve payroll processes.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.
- Payroll Accounting Finance or HR qualification would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years payroll processing experience in Mexico.
- Exposure to the USA payroll and employee benefits administration is advantageous.
- Experience supporting multi-country payroll processes would be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory legislation in Mexico.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and practices in the USA and Peru would be advantageous.
- Experience with payroll systems such as Nomipaq Workday SAP or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of confidentiality integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight payroll deadlines.

Required Skills:

Required Education:
