Job Summary

Oracle BRM developer - Hybrid position 2791

We are looking for skilled Application Developers with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves designing building and configuring applications to meet complex business needs with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom software solutions acrossmultiple system components and applications
Translate business and system requirements into technical design specifications
Define and implement integration approaches between systems
Provide support for application deployments and production releases
Ensure development aligns with coding standards andinterface specifications
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to key technical decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and QA
Provide innovative solutions to technical and functional challenges

Technical Skills Required:

4 years of experience in Oracle technologies and related roles.
Strong expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM Development).
Solid experience as a Business Analyst (requirements gathering documentation process understanding).
Experience in QA: Test executionTest automation.
Hands-on experience in:Application development and customizationSystem integrationsProduction support and deployments.
Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2
Excellent communication teamwork commitment leadership.

Location & Schedule:

Location: Candidates located in Monterrey Saltillo or Mexico City (CDMX) will work under a hybrid model attending the office 23 times per week.
Modality: Hybrid / Remote (depending on location).
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
