Job Objectives

Ensure material service availability and support for operations

Job Functions

Maintenance of purchase orders.

Assistance in obtaining specifications quotes delivery times and costs.

Monitoring of red levels of the VMI with the suppliers.

Tracking of delivery dates required by customer service representatives.

Review of Readsoft software to take action if necessary.

Execution of the report of receipts of the VMI.

Follow-up of the report of material shortages.

To meet the needs of the distribution process.

Execution of the report of open orders and distribution to suppliers.

Execution of the PB2 report for raw materials.

Action on the red levels of the VMI.

Review of the forecast and distribution to suppliers.

Action on the 6 Sigma diagram of PPM.

Action on the OTD report.

Identification of low-movement items and collaboration with the planning department to process authorization for disposal.
