Junior Solution Specialist

Job Overview

Essential Functions
Works with Start Up lead to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.
Builds documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions.
Understands business requirements and creates test cases based on Scenarios identified
Executes Test cases as per agreed timelines
Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans.
Builds Site and Subject facing documentation and training materials for the implemented solutions.
Trains internal stakeholders on the implemented solutions as required
Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base.
Collaborates with the product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality.
Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment.
Works with engineering and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Computer Science a related field or equivalent experience
Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements

Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Req
Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Pref
Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate
