Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in accounting while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and organize financial documents and reports
• Assist with invoicing billing and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (or in progress)
• Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• 12 years of accounting experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
