Intercompany Record to Report Specialist

In this role you will beresponsible for performing intercompany accounting activities including reconciliations balance settlements account analysis month-end close support and financial reporting ensuring the accuracy and integrity of intercompany transactions across multiple entities.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards your role will involve:

• Perform and oversee intercompany account reconciliations to ensure accuracy completeness and alignment of financial records across multiple entities.

• Investigate analyze and resolve intercompany discrepancies in a timely manner collaborating with stakeholders to prevent recurring issues.

• Support month-end quarter-end and year-end close activities by ensuring intercompany transactions are properly recorded reconciled and reported.

• Process and coordinate intercompany settlements ensuring balances are cleared accurately and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Maintain accurate intercompany accounting and financial reporting ensuring compliance with internal controls accounting requirements and corporate reporting deadlines.

If you have/are:

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.

• Advanced English skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in intercompany accounting including reconciliations AP/AR general ledger accounting month-end close and financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards including IFRS and/or US GAAP with the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools with experience in OneStream and BlackLine preferred as well as strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and reconciliation skills with the ability to identify and resolve intercompany discrepancies while meeting close and reporting deadlines.
