Based inGuadalajara (Tlaquepaque) in the Manufacturing area this experience will rotate through Production Maintenance Continuous Improvement and Logistics while you earn a Yellow Belt certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute as a technical foundation to contribute to processes from day one.

The Kraft Heinz Global Trainee Program is a 12-month experience in which you will have the opportunitytogain a true end-to-end view of the business

You will rotate through strategic areas of the business understand how each piece connects and lead initiatives with real impactlearning from experienced leaders along the way.

REQUIREMENTS

• Eligible majors: Engineering Mathematics Actuarial Science International Business Product Design Industrial Design and Environmental Management

• Degreelevel:Bachelorsdegree

• Graduation date: completed between December 2023 and December 2026

• Location: currently living in Guadalajara or available torelocatethere (relocation expenses are not coveredby Kraft Heinz)

• Workmodel: 100%on-site

• Languages:advanced/fluentconversationalEnglish

• Mobility: availability for future location changes during and after the program (rotations and relocations)
