Position Summary:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Domo experience to join a growing fully remote team. This is a client-facing role focused on building dashboards managing data flows and translating complex data into clear actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders and ensuring high data quality. You will work directly with clientsprimarily law firmshelping them leverage data to operate more efficiently and make better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards reports and dataflows in Domo
- Design manage and validate ETL processes (data extraction transformation and validation)
- Integrate data from legal case management systems (CMS) and other business tools
- Lead client meetings to gather requirements and present insights
- Translate operational workflows and case lifecycle stages into clear reporting structures
- Identify trends inconsistencies and opportunities within datasets
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability across all reporting
- Maintain documentation and provide ongoing client support
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Experience working with law firms or legal operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Domo (MANDATORY)
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation
- Experience with legal CMS platforms such as Filevine SmartAdvocate Neos CloudLex or HubSpot
- Previous experience in client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities or clients
Required Skills:
Requirements Strong experience with Python (real-world web development in production) Experience with frameworks such as Flask FastAPI or similar Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await) Hands-on experience with React (not just theoretical knowledge) Experience building APIs and handling authentication Experience with relational databases and caching (Redis) Cloud experience (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable) Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Proven experience building production-level products Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
