Como líder de exportación del centro de distribución a tiempo completo liderarás las operaciones diarias del departamento de exportación del centro de distribución. Ayudarás a facilitar el movimiento de productos en todo nuestro centro de distribución hasta las sucursales de la empresa. Serás responsable de verificar escanear y enviar productos a través del sistema Fastenal siguiendo los procedimientos de la Organización Internacional de Normalización (ISO). También te asegurarás de que todos los productos sean auditados y enrutados correctamente. Brindarás orientación para garantizar que las operaciones se completen de manera correcta eficiente y a tiempo. RESPONSABILIDADES:

o Liderar y capacitar a los miembros del equipo

o Operar programas informáticos y escáneres para verificar el producto
o Mantener la limpieza/organización del área de trabajo
o Cumplir con las normas y expectativas de salud seguridad y sostenibilidad
o Participar en actividades y programas que ayuden a la empresa a lograr los objetivos de salud seguridad y sostenibilidad
CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS PARA EL PUESTO:
Se requieren las siguientes habilidades y calificaciones para este puesto:
o Habilidades competentes de comunicación oral y escrita
o Manejo competente de Microsoft Office Suite
o Altamente motivado autodirigido y orientado al servicio al cliente
o Demostrar sólidas habilidades para la resolución de problemas razonamiento deductivo y toma de decisiones
o Demostrar una sólida aptitud matemática atención al detalle y sentido de urgencia
o Aprender y realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido
o Trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo
o Disposición a trabajar en un horario flexible/tiempo extra según sea necesario
o Demostrar nuestros valores fundamentales de ambición innovación integridad y trabajo en equipo
o Levantar deslizar transportar y bajar paquetes que normalmente pesan entre 25 y 50 libras y pueden pesar hasta 100 libras

OVERVIEW:

Working as Full-Time Distribution Center Export Lead you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center Export department. You will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our distribution center to company owned branches. You will be responsible for verifying scanning and shipping product through the Fastenal system while following International Organization for Standardization (ISO) procedures. You will also ensure that all products are audited and routed correctly. You will provide guidance to ensure operations are completed correctly efficiently and on time. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
o Leading and training team members
o Communicating with employees and branches
o Verifying the country of origin quantity and part number of every item that is destined for another country
o Operating computer programs and scanners to verify product
o Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area
o Complying with health safety and sustainability rules and expectations
o Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health safety and sustainability objectives
o Learning passing and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Proficient written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated self directed and customer service oriented
o Exhibit strong problem solving deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed

o Lift slide carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
