Desarrollador Full Stack

• 5 years of experience in Java application development (Java 8).
• 3 years of experience with Spring Boot message brokers (Kafka MQSeries/IBM MQ ActiveMQ) REST APIs and relational databases (Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL).
• Proven track record of driving the end-to-end SDLC from initial requirements gathering and system design to automated deployment and production monitoring.
• Experience making high-stakes decisions on tech stacks and managing technical debt across the software lifecycle.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure GCP or AWS).
• Strong understanding of security performance and scalability best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding software design patterns and SOLID principles
• English intermediate
• Location less than 2 hours of difference of CST  

Qualifications :

Nice to Have

• Development and integration of ETL/ELT processes using tools such as SSIS Apache Airflow or similar.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot ChatGPT Cursor Claude etc.) as part of the software development lifecycle.
