Responsable del seguimiento y cumplimiento a los compromisos para la reparación y entrega de unidades que estén en un proceso de reparación.
- Educación: Técnico o universitario trunco Ingeniería Automotriz Derecho Gestión de Riesgos o afines.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1-2 años en ajuste atención a cliente o análisis de siniestros de autos/motos.
- Conocimientos clave:
- Condiciones generales de pólizas de auto (coberturas exclusiones deducibles).
- Normativa de tránsito (deseable)
- Integridad y confidencialidad.
- Resolución de problemas bajo presión.
- Comunicación asertiva (oral y escrita).
- Trabajo en equipo
- Orientación al servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad de negociación orientación al detalle y manejo de estrés.
