WHAT YOULL DO

• Perform quality assurance on movie & TV metadata following defined guidelines
• Review and curate content based on quality standards style guides and client requirements
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines including repetitive workflows
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Build and document solutions to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Design and develop automation & AI-assisted tools (Python JavaScript or similar)
• Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to implement improvements

YOU ARE A FIT IF YOURE

• Passionate about movies TV shows and the entertainment industry
• Skilled in analyzing workflows and solving complex problems independently
• Proficient in scripting/programming (Python JavaScript or equivalent)
• Strong in spreadsheets (formulas macros data models)
• Fluent in English (business or native level) with strong communication skills
• Highly organized self-motivated and comfortable with repetitive high-volume tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
• Background in data operations content review or localization
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering
• Additional language proficiency (business level)

PROJECT DETAILS

• Job Title: Automation Specialist-1
• Location: Remote (Peru)
• Schedule: 40 hours/week 10:0018:30 CDT
  (TuesdaySaturday or SundayThursday)
• Contract: Indefinite (Contract role)
• Compensation: Competitive (aligned to local market)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Fully remote computer-based role
• Requires extended screen time and focus
• Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• May involve exposure to sensitive content (e.g. violence adult themes etc.)
