Position: Music Production Expert - Spanish (MX)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $13$54/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality creativity prompt adherence vocal quality and production/mix quality.
• Label songs by genre structure instruments vocals and other musical characteristics.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and model outputs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (MX) and ability to follow detailed instructions in English.
• 2 years of experience as a music producer audio engineer or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

• Formal training in music performance theory or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production engineering or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Spanish (MX) genres sub-genres and artists.
