Requisitos del Puesto:
Escolaridad mínima: Educación Primaria completa (con certificado oficial).
Experiencia en manufactura: Nociones básicas en procesos de producción y/o ensamble (deseable más no indispensable).
Disponibilidad operativa: Disposición total para trabajar en turnos fijos rotativos y/o adaptase a horarios fijos o flexibles según la demanda de la planta.
Seguridad industrial: Conocimiento o noción sobre el uso de Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) básico (deseable).
Habilidades:
Disciplina operativa: Capacidad crítica para escuchar comprender y seguir instrucciones detalladas de los supervisores.
Trabajo en equipo: Habilidad para colaborar activamente en la línea de producción y mantener una comunicación armónica con sus compañeros.
Destreza manual: Facilidad para realizar tareas operativas repetitivas y manejar herramientas básicas de forma segura.
Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para asimilar la capacitación técnica inicial y ajustarse a diferentes estaciones de trabajo dentro de la fábrica.
Tener estabilidad en empleos anteriores
Responsabilidades
Respetar las normas de seguridad utilizando el Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) y siguiendo los protocolos de prevención de riesgos.
Operar maquinaria y herramientas asignadas en la línea de producción bajo los estándares operativos establecidos.
Transformar la materia prima de manera eficiente para garantizar el flujo continuo del producto terminado.
Monitorear la calidad del producto mediante inspecciones visuales o mediciones básicas para asegurar una calidad confiable.
Cumplir con las metas de eficiencia y los tiempos de ciclo definidos por el plan de producción diaria.
Reportar fallas mecánicas o desviaciones en el proceso de forma inmediata al supervisor de área.
Mantener el orden y limpieza de la estación de trabajo aplicando la metodología de 5S.
