We are currently searching for a AMS Lead - Mainframe:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Provide expert L2/L3 support for Mainframe applications operating in a fast-paced 24x7 support environment.
• Monitor production systems meticulously to proactively identify troubleshoot and resolve system incidents.
• Perform comprehensive incident service request problem and change management activities.
• Act as a primary liaison in customer-facing roles driving effective stakeholder management and communication.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Strong proven experience working with COBOL JCL DB2 CICS and VSAM.
• Hands-on experience executing Mainframe batch processing and utilizing enterprise job scheduling tools.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
