Advanced Software Engr (Tech lead JavaScript and Azure or AWS)

You will be joining one of our most strategic initiatives to build a cloud-based software-as-a-service unified security solution supporting access control video and monitoring capabilities. As Team Leader you will guide a cross-functional engineering team working in a continuous delivery environment ensuring the successful delivery of features that directlyimpactour customers daily.

You willbe responsible forteam coordination resource planning stakeholder communication and fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation. This position requires balancing technicalexpertisein video and security domains with people management project oversight and strategic planning. The ideal candidate willdemonstratestrong leadership abilities and the technical depth to guide decisions on streamingarchitectures.

• Leadand mentor a cross-functional delivery team of software engineers fostering professional growth and technical excellence
• Coordinate sprint planning backlog refinement and delivery schedules to ensuretimelyfeature releases
• Lead the architectural design and definition of scalablevideostreaming subsystems utilizing WebRTCandHLStobuild robust real-time monitoring capabilities.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering product management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
• Remove impediments andoptimizeteam processes tomaintainhigh productivity and morale
• Oversee technical design decisions and architectural approaches for multi-tenant cloud solutions and video distribution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in software development
• Manage resource allocation capacity planning and team performance metrics

MUST HAVE

• 5years of experience in software development with at least2years in aleadershiporteam managementrole
• Advancedknowledge ofJavaScriptandTypescriptlanguages and functional programming
• Experience working with Azure AWS or GCP.
• Proventrack recordof leading engineering teams through complete product development cycles
• Strong technical background in modernwebapplicationscloudservices and software architecture
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks (Scrum KanbanSAFe)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with ModernJavaScriptframeworks and tools such asNodejsReact and Webpack
