Coordinate the transfer of entities from other corporate service providers.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and conversion of new business.
Prepare and maintain client and entity records both physical and electronic.
Communicate with clients throughout the onboarding and transfer process.
File statutory documents with relevant authorities and coordinate overseas entity incorporations.
Arrange tax and legal advice where required.
Compliance & Risk
Collect review and maintain Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation.
Conduct client screening and prepare Client Risk Assessments.
Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Report non-compliance issues to the Compliance Team.
Draft legal and constitutional documents where applicable.
Banking
Open and maintain bank brokerage and custody accounts.
Process client payments and liaise with financial institutions.
Occupation Permits
Assist clients with Occupation Permit applications and related regulatory processes.
General Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the Companys policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and high professional standards.
Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory changes.
Provide administrative support and undertake ad hoc assignments as required.
Uphold the Companys values and deliver high-quality client service.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or related field.
Professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI STEP ICA or equivalent.
68 years experience within a Management Company or financial services firm in Mauritius including supervisory experience.
