Talent Resourcer

Hireroo is an international recruitment agency supporting companies with specialist hiring across iGaming technology fintech finance marketing and highly technical engineering roles.

We work closely with clients across Malta Europe and international markets to identify approach and connect the right candidates with the right opportunities.

We are growing our team and looking for a Talent Resourcer who wants to build a career in recruitment develop their commercial skills and become an important part of our recruitment team.

As a Talent Resourcer you will work closely with our recruiters to identify engage and build relationships with candidates for a variety of specialist roles.

This is a hands-on role combining candidate sourcing research communication and relationship building. You will learn how to understand different job requirements identify relevant candidates approach them effectively and build strong talent pipelines for our clients.

You do not need to know everything about recruitment from day one. We are looking for someone who is curious ambitious organised and willing to learn.

You should also have a natural interest in technology and modern ways of working. We actively use AI automation sourcing platforms and other tools to improve how we find approach and manage candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn recruitment platforms databases and other online channels

• Speak with candidates through phone calls email LinkedIn messages and in-person meetings

• Review CVs and LinkedIn profiles and assess candidates against role requirements

• Conduct initial candidate screening calls

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future recruitment roles

• Prepare candidate profiles and presentations for recruiters and clients

• Follow up with candidates and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process

• Research companies industries markets and relevant talent pools

• Support recruiters with candidate searches across different industries and international markets

• Maintain accurate candidate information within our CRM trackers and internal systems

• Use AI automation and modern sourcing tools to improve efficiency and sourcing quality

• Experiment with creative ways of identifying and approaching candidates

• Support the wider recruitment team with candidate management and recruitment-related tasks

Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is beneficial but we are also open to candidates coming from areas such as sales business development customer-facing roles research or other environments where communication persistence and organisation are important.

You should have:

• Strong written and spoken English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidate experience

• Confidence using online platforms and conducting candidate research

• The ability to organise your workload and work independently

• A proactive approach to problem-solving

• An interest in learning new tools and improving the way you work

Experience with any of the following would be considered an advantage:

• Recruitment or talent sourcing

• LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator

• Recruitment CRMs or ATS platforms

• AI and automation tools

• International recruitment

• Technical recruitment

• iGaming technology fintech finance marketing or engineering recruitment

• Software hardware semiconductor or other highly technical profiles

• An existing professional or candidate network

This is not intended to be a role where you remain focused purely on sourcing.

As you develop you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility manage candidates independently become involved in client relationships and progress into a Recruiter role with the potential to eventually develop and manage your own recruitment desk.
