Senior Associate (Lawyer)

Our client an established law firm based in Malta is looking for a Senior Associate to join their technology law team. This is an opportunity to take on complex high-level work build your own area of specialisation and play a key role in the departments next stage of growth.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to 65K.

Role & Responsibilities

• Independently managing both advisory and contentious matters spanning regulatory and transactional work

• Acting as a go-to adviser for international clients across a variety of industries

• Building out your own specialism within the department over time

• Supporting and guiding more junior lawyers in the team

• Helping improve how the department uses knowledge processes and legal tech

• Raising your professional profile through writing speaking and other thought-leadership work

Education Skills & Experience

• A fully warranted lawyer with 5 years PQE in a relevant area of practice

• Further qualifications (e.g. an LL.M.) is a plus

• Strong written and spoken English

• Someone self-driven comfortable working under pressure and genuinely curious about where law and technology are heading
