Sales & Marketing Executive

Main Duties:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow customer portfolio
• Manage corporate leads and build client relationships via regular visits
• Negotiate and close sales following commercial and pricing guidelines
• Implement sales plans and monitor performance against targets
• Execute marketing campaigns promotions and events to boost visibility
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to report key insights
• Motivate team members to achieve individual and business targets
• Resolve customer queries promptly and support timely payment collection
• Prepare regular sales reports detailing risks and new opportunities

What skills do you need

• MQF Level 4/5 qualification in Sales Marketing or Business
• Previous experience in sales marketing or business development
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive commercially driven and results-oriented mindset
• Strong customer focus with proven ability to convert opportunities
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently or in teams

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
